Open Integrations. The simplest path is the spreadsheet: click Download template, fill in your products and upload the file with Upload XLSX. You can re-upload any time — existing products are updated and new rows are added, so the file stays your source of truth.
The columns that matter most are SKU, name, EAN/barcode and your own price. Everything else is optional, but brand, model and manufacturer code all feed the matching engine later.
You can also connect your store directly — REST API, GraphQL or a product feed. Use Test to preview what the connection returns and Sync now to pull the catalog; after that you can re-sync whenever your assortment changes.
The more complete your data, the better the automatic matching later. EAN/barcodes give exact matches, so include them if you have them — a catalog with EANs typically matches several times more listings automatically than one without.
