2. Import your catalog
How to get your products into Pricemancer via XLSX upload or a direct API/feed connection, and which fields make automatic matching work best.
3. Add tracked sites
How to add a competitor or market site to Pricemancer, and how tracked sites are organised in the workspace.
4. Find product URLs
Pricemancer probes each site and runs every discovery method that works for it — sitemaps, category pages, site search and store-platform APIs — merged into one product URL list.
5. Refresh prices
How Pricemancer reads current prices from discovered pages, how it escalates on difficult sites, and how often to refresh.
6. Match products
Market listings are linked to your catalog by EAN and manufacturer code first, then brand, model and name similarity — with a review queue for anything uncertain.
7. Compare & export
The comparison workspace shows your price against every tracked shop per product, with filters and one-click XLSX export.
8. Tokens & plans
Usage is metered in tokens: 1 per discovered URL, 1 per collected price, 1 per auto-matched SKU. Allowances reset monthly.
9. Tips & troubleshooting
Common questions: runs that look stuck, products with no price, wrong matches and stale prices.
