A run seems stuck? Large sites genuinely take a while. The progress chip updates every few seconds, and if a run dies server-side it is reported as failed rather than spinning forever.
Some products show no price. A small share of pages resist collection — a few sites use aggressive bot protection, and some products are simply removed. Pricemancer retries with stronger techniques automatically; what still fails is marked so you can see exactly which URLs are affected rather than wondering.
Wrong match? Reject it on the row — it will not be suggested again — and pick the correct product manually.
New products on a tracked site? Re-run Find URLs. Only newly found pages cost tokens.
Prices look stale? Prices are as fresh as your last refresh, and every row shows when it was last updated. Run Refresh prices to update them.
